EY GDS Consulting is seeking a Manager for GRC Technology to lead Business Analyst activities across ServiceNow IRM. You will gather requirements, map them to GRC modules, and collaborate with architects to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience as Business Analyst in GRC Domain focusing on ServiceNow IRM.
Led/completed at least 2 to 3 end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.
ServiceNow GRC certifications (CIS - GRC, CSA).
Experience in developing and maintaining training documentation.
Basic understanding of cross GRC domains including Information Security, business continuity and Risk Management.
Team Building - knowledge sharing, training, motivating and development of team members.
Familiarity with IT systems development life cycle and delivery management.

Responsibilities

Map requirements to GRC functionality and advise on best practices.
Gather requirements and design GRC apps and modules to meet client needs.
Participate in Agile sprint planning and define user stories for configuration.
Lead testing activities including Automated Test Framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC tools with other systems.
