Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow professional to join the EY GDS-ServiceNow team. You will work on solving client problems using the ServiceNow platform, building innovative solutions and workflows that improve processes across multiple modules.

Ideal candidates have 5–9 years in development, ServiceNow certifications are a plus, and familiarity with ITIL practices. You’ll contribute to a global, multi-disciplinary team delivering service excellence and analytics-driven results.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in a development role.
• Experience configuring and delivering ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configures and customizes the ServiceNow platform including creation workflows.
• Builds service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements including requests, items and tasks.
• Uses tooling and ServiceNow features to automate routine tasks.
• Gathers specifications and delivers products that meet business needs.
• Performs data loads and integration tasks with external systems.
