EY GDS - ServiceNow Staff Developer — As part of our EY GDS-ServiceNow team, you will work to solve client problems using the ServiceNow platform. You will have opportunities to work with a high-quality team and help build innovative products that solve client problems.

The opportunity

We’re looking for Staff with expertise in ServiceNow Implementation to join the EY GDS ServiceNow team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm while being instrumental in growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Performs configuration and customization of the ServiceNow system, including creation of workflows
• Builds service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc.
• Uses scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate routine tasks
• Performs integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, SOAP calls, etc.
• Gathers specifications from business departments and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented. Interprets business and functional requirements and develops technical specifications documentation
• Loads, manipulates and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems as needed
• Works with business liaison to generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors and reports as needed
• Analyzes and fully understands user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations during development and delivery of ServiceNow releases
• Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data

Skills and attributes for success

• JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS and good web design practices
• Implementation experience on any ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM) or custom applications
• Experience on end-to-end project implementation, enhancements, or support

Good to have skills

• Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes
• Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine Learning, AI, IoT, Blockchain
• Implementation experience on Performance Analytics
• Preferred skill with GRC Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories
• Knowledge about the latest version features of ServiceNow
• Authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation /Azure
• Integrating with internal and external applications and systems
• Service Portal implementation experience

To qualify for the role, you must have

• College degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experience
• Approximately at least 1-3 years of experience in a development role, with progression of increasingly complex responsibilities
• ServiceNow certifications a plus
