Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Business Request Catalog and ticketing.
• Build and optimize self-service portal components, including widgets and forms for UX improvements.
• Develop reusable client- and server-side scripts for process automation.
• Implement system integrations to streamline onboarding and service requests.
• Prioritize out-of-the-box functionality for sustainable, upgrade-friendly solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
