Qualifikationen

We're looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode. In this client-facing role, you will partner with ServiceNow and its enterprise customers to lead architecture and design initiatives for large-scale ServiceNow implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while driving modernization, workflow optimization and cloud-native best practices. This role requires deep architectural expertise, consulting experience and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-impact environments for global organizations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience within professional services, consulting or enterprise architecture roles
• Strong background in ServiceNow platform architecture with proven large-scale delivery expertise
• Experience leading complex programs involving workflow automation and digital transformation
• ServiceNow certifications in key workflows and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Solid understanding of cloud application technologies, integrations and enterprise security compliance
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute programs, manage risk and drive resolution of complex issues
• Proficiency in leveraging AI for workflow optimization or tailored platform solutions
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Industry domain expertise in Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) or System Integration Landscape (SIL) preferred
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-instance ServiceNow environments at enterprise scale
• Knowledge of advanced AI-enabled features for ServiceNow platform
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management best practices
