You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM, HRSD, and Finance modules, and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities like Now Assist.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Advanced JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST/SOAP API skills.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow apps and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on with ITSM, HRSD, Finance modules.
• Experience with Now Assist and AI-related configuration.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CSDM, and developer-focused implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow apps using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Build and support ITSM, HRSD, Finance modules per requirements.
• Design integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimize queries, workflows, and configurations for performance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce standards.
• Prepare deployment runbooks and coordinate deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Configure Now Assist and AI-related capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Work independently while contributing to team goals.
