The role emphasizes incident and project management, installation, configuration, commissioning, and on-site support. You will mentor field engineers, collaborate with internal and client teams, and ensure documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical engineering or security systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
• Experience in installation, configuration, commissioning, and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and Microsoft products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise technical incident and project queues.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, networking, and operational issues across Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV systems.
• Provide technical guidance to field engineers and junior team members.
• Conduct and support installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Attend client sites for onsite assessments, troubleshooting, installations, and commissioning.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve issues.
• Investigate recurring issues and propose practical improvements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, and compliance records.
• Assist with evaluating, testing, and integration of new technologies and systems.
• Provide input into projects, upgrades, and new installations.
• Mentor and support team members and share knowledge.
• Ensure work adheres to industry standards and HSE requirements.
