Job summary

Cyclect Holdings Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a proactive technician to perform preventive maintenance on physical security systems, including CCTV, ACS, IDS, turnstiles, NVRs and security servers, ensuring documentation and backups.

You will manage access control administration, support audits (ISO 28000, RBA), and assist in security enhancements and incident response, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Automation, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in physical security systems.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), IDS and related technologies.
• Strong project coordination, supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, data centre or high-security environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance activities for physical security systems, including CCTV, ACS, IDS, turnstiles, E‑ exits, NVRs and security servers, ensuring proper documentation and system backups.
• Manage employee access control administration, including card/badge issuance, replacement and configuration of access privileges
• Support the secure handling and monitoring of high-value assets through security cages, motion sensors, access keys and surveillance systems
• Conduct physical security inspections and self-assessments and support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 28000, RBA), including documentation and corrective action follow-up
• Maintain and update security procedures, manuals and documentation to ensure compliance with corporate standards and proper document control practices
• Plan and execute physical security enhancement projects, including CCTV migration, installation, configuration and system upgrades
• Evaluate and implement requests related to CCTV, access control, and turnstile systems for facilities and operational areas
• Support daily physical security operations, including monitoring and maintenance of surveillance systems, barriers, parking systems, network switches, and associated infrastructure
• Respond to security alarms and incidents, perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors

About the role

About you
