Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking a capable Project Engineer to supervise daily site operations, manage manpower, and ensure work follows approved plans, schedules, and specifications.

You will break down scopes into daily tasks and monitor progress, coordinating with clients and subcontractors. Applicants should be familiar with CCTV and Access Control systems, have basic AutoCAD knowledge, and be willing to travel with motorcycle or personal transport.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project implementation.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Has good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• With commission incentives and load allowance.
• Willing to travel, with a motorcycle or personal transportation, as the role requires frequent travel for branch and property inspections.
• Must have basic knowledge of AutoCAD, estimating, repair and maintenance, construction methodologies, and be familiar with tools, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
• Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule, and specifications.
• Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other teams.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and support progress billing (FWAR).
• Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
