Job summary

You will handle incidents, collaborate with Level 2 teams and vendors, and contribute to documentation and procedures to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure (VMware, Nutanix, Linux).
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, user management, and ITSM processes.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure (VMware, Nutanix, Linux)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Linux system administration and user management
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident handling, ticketing, escalation, documentation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations environment (rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, night shifts, on-call)
