Job summary

zenutna holdings corporation is seeking an experienced engineer to maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms, ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution. The role involves VMware virtualization, Nutanix infrastructure, and Linux administration in a 24/7 operations environment.

You will handle incidents, collaborate with Level 2 teams and vendors, and contribute to documentation and procedures to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure (VMware, Nutanix, Linux).
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, user management, and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and support VMware virtualization.
Assist in managing Nutanix infrastructure.
Perform Linux system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations via ticketing systems.
Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues within SLAs.
Collaborate with Level 2 teams and external vendors on complex concerns.
Maintain documentation, incident reports, and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and shift schedules to support critical systems.
