Job summary

Giant Group is hiring a Senior SDR for Giant Screening, a fully remote role from the Philippines. You’ll build the outbound engine from scratch and drive UK-based conversations with senior buyers, working UK hours. A clear path to Team Lead within 90 days awaits the right candidate.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B outbound experience, proven quota attainment, and excellent English. The position includes base salary, 13th-month pay, and performance bonuses, with OTE reflecting UK-market

Qualifications

• 3+ years outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B software or services, including UK/Western Europe buyers.
• Clear and natural spoken English, evidenced in recorded calls.
• Proven quota attainment with measurable results.
• Hands-on with sequencing tools and prospecting on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Territory and list building using Clay, LinkedIn and CRM; keep data clean and enriched.
• Multi-channel outbound: email, LinkedIn, phone, voice-note, and video in UK hours.
• Qualify conversations against criteria before booking meetings.
• Book first meetings and write handover notes with key details.
• Produce weekly activity reports and contribute to monthly reviews with leadership.
• Document outreach playbooks and qualification rules for faster onboarding.
• Set up sequencing tools and maintain a lean tech stack.
• Flag objections and pricing feedback to CEO and Marketing.
