MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Scheduling Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City for a hybrid, night-shift role. You will support ChefTek's US Dispatch Team by managing day-to-day scheduling and coordinating field-service technicians across customer locations.

This senior-level position requires strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to make real-time scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level operational role with strong judgment and organization.
• Experience as scheduler, dispatcher, service coordinator or field-service operations professional.
• Ability to make real-time scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Dispatch Management across ChefTek's service territory.
• Assign and reassign service calls based on technician availability and job requirements.
• Optimize schedules to improve utilization, response times, and route efficiency.
• Monitor the dispatch schedule and address gaps, delays, or conflicts.
• Coordinate emergency and priority service requests and ensure proper escalation.
