Job summary

MicroSourcing is looking for a Senior Scheduling & Dispatch Specialist to provide offshore support to ChefTek's US Dispatch Team. You will manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination of field service technicians across customer locations, acting as an extension of US dispatch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field service scheduling and dispatch.
• Strong communication with technicians and customers.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple schedules in real time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily technician work orders and service appointments across the US dispatch footprint.
• Assign and reallocate calls based on technician availability, location and skills.
• Optimize routes to improve utilisation, response times, and efficiency.
• Monitor the dispatch calendar and proactively flag gaps or conflicts.
• Coordinate emergencies and priority service requests for timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records across systems.
