MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Scheduling & Dispatch Specialist to provide offshore support to ChefTek's US Dispatch Team. The role focuses on daily scheduling, real-time coordination, and prioritisation of field-service technicians across customer sites.

It is a senior-level operational position requiring strong judgment, organisation, and the ability to make rapid scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level operational role requiring strong judgment, organisation, and real-time decision making.
• Experience coordinating field-service teams across multiple locations is highly desirable.
• Able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily technician schedules and service appointments.
• Assign and reassign service calls based on availability, location, and skill set.
• Optimise schedules to improve utilisation and response times.
• Monitor dispatch throughout the day and address gaps or delays.
• Coordinate emergencies and priority service requests and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and update work orders in systems.
• Collaborate with US dispatch team to ensure service coverage and customer commitments.
