Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Pasig City is seeking an experienced SAP Support Lead to oversee operational support, root-cause analysis, and ERP project delivery.

You will act as SME for SAP module capabilities, coordinate cross-divisional IT activities, and ensure incidents meet SLAs while maintaining solid documentation. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7–10 years of SAP experience including full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support.
Deep expertise in SAP modules such as EWM, PP/QM, Business Network, PPDS, MDG, Datasphere, SAC or FICO.
Strong understanding of cross-module integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical and functional issues.

Responsibilities

Provide operational SAP support and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence and minimize disruption.
Gather requirements, define scope, and document configurations and processes for ERP projects.
Design, configure, test, and implement ERP-related applications and cross-functional workflows.
Lead cross-functional IT activities, set milestones, and manage internal or external teams to deliver projects.
