Job summary
HRTX is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to join our team of experts. You will contribute to end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules covering core HR, payroll, time management, benefits, analytics, and experience management for our clients in the Philippines.
You will drive requirement confirmations, fit-gap analyses, prototyping, data conversion, testing, and post-go-live support, while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver robust HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly valued.
- Ability to drive requirements discussions and fit-gap analysis.
- Proven ability to configure and prototype SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all project phases from planning to hypercare.
- Drive requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and assess feasibility of client requirements.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business needs.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT, and defect management as needed.
- Provide post go-live support and knowledge transfer to teams.
