Job summary

Deloitte Philippines Delivery Center is seeking a SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll post-production support. You will analyze business requirements, run requirement workshops, and provide guidance on best practices across Employee Central Payroll, PCC, and HCM Payroll for SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, at least 2 years in consulting, and a certification in SAP SuccessFactors (EC preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and at least 2 years in Consulting.
2+ years on SuccessFactors or HCM Payroll Implementation projects.
Must have at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors module certification (EC certified preferred).
Experience with SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, or SAP HCM Payroll for SAP ECC or S4/HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as advisor to SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll post-production support clients.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions.
Conduct requirement workshops and provide guidance on SAP Best Practices.
Implement SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client needs.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors functionalities for client processes.
Stay updated on HRSP schedules and regulatory updates.
