Job summary

Ernst & Young LLP in Taguig seeks an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead end-to-end EC delivery, including discovery, design, deployment and ongoing support within a global HR landscape.

You will mentor consultants, manage project plans, and drive best practices in change management and data integrity across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application services and client relationships in a tech environment.
• 5+ years implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS.
• Strong understanding of global HR processes and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants across project lifecycles.
• Oversee discovery, design, deployment and support for Employee Central projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocations to meet delivery goals.
• Advise on best practices, change management, and system adoption.
