Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Talent IT Service Delivery for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, mentor a team of consultants, and coordinate with Project Managers, QA, and Support teams.

You will advise clients on best practices, manage complex HR configurations, and ensure successful project outcomes while working in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment.
• 5+ years experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, data models, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Compensation configuration, business rules, workflows, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants through project lifecycles.
• Oversee compensation projects from discovery through deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specs.
