Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an internal SAP S2P/SCM functional expert to guide project implementations, lead enhancements and releases, and resolve complex issues.

You will oversee a functional team, ensuring best practices and knowledge transfer during hypercare and handover to operations. Applicants should have 4+ years of hands-on SAP S2P/SCM experience, with full-cycle implementation exposure, testing expertise, and strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SAP S2P/SCM functional experience.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation as lead or SME.
• Experience supporting testing activities: Unit, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
• Experience creating Functional Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, Test Scripts.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration with Finance, Production, and Sales.
• Ability to challenge requirements and propose SAP best practice solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal S2P/SCM SME during implementation—validating process flows and designs, joining workshops, and collaborating with the implementation partner and project team.
• Lead functional testing, review configurations and functional specifications, and manage cross-module integration touchpoints.
• Drive knowledge transfer and team readiness during handover to operational support, including hypercare activities and documentation.
• Lead the S2P and SCM functional team to evaluate, prioritize, and deliver enhancement requests and configuration changes end-to-end.
• Assess SAP release notes each cycle, lead regression testing, and manage rollout of changes arising from SAP patches and upgrades.
• Maintain configuration documentation and ensure all system changes follow change management processes and SAP best practices.
• Act as the Level 2/3 escalation point for complex S2P/SCM production issues by diagnosing root causes and coordinating SAP cases.
• Stay current with SAP releases and innovations while fostering continuous team development.
• Lead and develop the SAP S2P/SCM functional team by setting goals and planning capacity.
• Collaborate with IT teams such as IT Infrastructure/Security/Network, Access Management, Software Engineering, Helpdesk, Project Delivery, and Data Governance.

Job description

This role will be the internal solution expert for SAP S2P and SCM - guiding project implementations, leading enhancements and releases, resolving complex issues, and leading the internal functional team. This role requires strong procurement and supply chain process knowledge, ERP functional experience, and the ability to continuously learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Project Implementation- Serve as the internal S2P/SCM subject-matter expert during implementation—validating process flows and designs, joining workshops, and collaborating with the implementation partner and project team.

• Lead functional testing, review configurations and functional specifications, and manage cross-module integration touchpoints.

• Drive knowledge transfer and team readiness during the handover to operational support, including hypercare activities and documentation (service catalog, troubleshooting guides, admin user guides, etc.). Business-as-Usual & System Governance

• Lead the S2P and SCM functional team to evaluate, prioritize, and deliver enhancement requests and configuration changes end-to-end.

• Assess SAP release notes each cycle, lead regression testing, and manage the rollout of changes arising from SAP patches and upgrades.

• Maintain configuration documentation and ensure all system changes follow the organization's change management process and SAP best practices for change management.

• Act as the Level 2/3 escalation point for complex S2P/SCM production issues by diagnosing root causes, coordinating SAP cases, guiding functional teams, and strengthening Level 1 support through knowledge transfer, resolution guides, and coaching.

• Stay current with SAP releases and innovations while fostering continuous team development through certifications, learning plans, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Lead and develop the SAP S2P/SCM functional team by setting goals, managing performance, planning capacity across project/BAU/support workstreams, and representing the team in stakeholder engagements.

• Collaborate with various IT teams such as, but not limited to, IT Infrastructure/ Security/Network, Access Management, Software Engineering, Helpdesk, Project Delivery, and Data Governance

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in S2P and/or SCM modules (MM,Sourcing & Procurement, EWM/IM, or SCM).

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation in a functional lead or SMEcapacity.

Experience supporting testing activities such as Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression testing, and UAT

Experience creating Functional Specifications Documents, Process Flow Diagrams, Test Scripts and other similar documents

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration with other processes such as Finance, Production/Manufacturing and Sales

Ability to challenge requirements and recommend solutions that align with SAP best practices and/or industry best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess trade-offs
