Copeland is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role requires hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL, AmpScript, and proper QA testing, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-project marketing automation initiatives, drive audience segmentation and personalized content, and continuously improve campaign performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement experience.
• Proven experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL, AmpScript, Contact Builder, and CRM integration.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with email testing and deployment validation using Litmus or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Litmus and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and maintain forms, landing pages, audience segments, and automated journeys.
• Configure Journey Builder programs and Automation Studio workflows.
• Write SQL queries to support segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Develop personalized content using AmpScript.
• Perform QA testing and deployment readiness reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues across campaigns, data, and personalization.
• Translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
• Support process improvements and marketing automation best practices.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and execution quality.
