Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Omnistudio tools: Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards
• Apex development experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and platform architecture
• Good problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Salesforce solutions to migrate managed package objects to custom or industry data models
• Design, build, and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to support business processes
• Develop Omnistudio components: Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations
• Support data model transitions and ensure data integrity with minimal disruption
• Troubleshoot configurations and integrations across Salesforce modules
• Document designs, configurations, and processes for maintenance and knowledge sharing
• Participate in code and configuration reviews to uphold best practices
• Contribute to Apex development for custom functionality

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration, or related experience
  
• Proven experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  
• Experience with Omnistudio tools, including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, and Flex Cards
  
• Apex development experience is an advantage
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and platform architecture principles
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and business
