About the Role
We are looking for a senior, hands‑on Salesforce Developer for a long‑term client engagement. You will sit within a delivery team working closely with the client’s enterprise architects to build reusable Salesforce framework components across a complex, multi‑cloud environment. This is a doing role – you will participate in design conversations with architects, form a view on the best approach, and then build it.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior architects to assess solution options and build reusable framework components across a multi‑cloud Salesforce environment.
- Develop and configure across Field Service Lightning including Work Orders, Service Resources, Schedule Optimisation, Asset Management, and the Dispatcher Console.
- Build production‑grade Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL solutions within a multi‑tenant enterprise environment.
- Maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external business systems.
- Write clean, well‑documented code with unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.
- Work within the team’s CI/CD pipeline for version control and environment promotion across dev, integration, UAT, and production.
- Contribute to technical documentation including solution rationale, data model decisions, and hand‑off notes for downstream teams.
- Participate in pod‑based Agile delivery – stand‑ups, sprint ceremonies, and technical estimations.
- Operate independently and surface blockers early; this is a self‑directed team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience across Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL.
- Strong experience with Field Service Lightning, including dispatcher console, scheduling logic, Work Orders, Service Resources, and mobile solutions.
- Experience across at least two Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, FSL, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, multi‑tenant architecture, and Governor Limits.
- Ability to evaluate solution options and confidently recommend the best approach with clear technical reasoning.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
- Business process knowledge across CPQ, asset lifecycle management, and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools in day‑to‑day development for code generation, documentation, research, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with Git‑based version control and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and maintain clear documentation.
- Effective communication in English; collaborate asynchronously with teams across US and PH time zones.
- Must have a fully functional and up‑to‑date computer to perform duties.
- Willing to install endpoint protection software.
- Must be a current resident of the Philippines and able to work from there.
Certifications
- Required: Platform Developer I (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
- Highly valued: Field Service Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred: CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder.
Location
This is a remote (work‑from‑home) opportunity.
