About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep core platform expertise to architect, design, and build scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), complex Apex backend logic, and digital automation using Salesforce OmniStudio. You will play a pivotal role in establishing modern CI/CD deployment pipelines, driving clean architecture standards, and integrating Salesforce with critical external enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Platform Development: Architect and deliver high-performance solutions using Apex (triggers, batch classes, controllers, web services) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Digital Automation: Design advanced interfaces and interaction flows using Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).

• DevOps & CI/CD: Establish, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using version control, SFDX CLI, and release management tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset).

• System Integrations: Design and implement secure REST/SOAP APIs connecting Salesforce with third-party enterprise platforms.

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and enforce best practices around design patterns, governor limits, and security.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience developing on the Salesforce core platform within enterprise environments.

• Deep technical expertise in Apex programming and hands-on mastery of Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Proven implementation experience using Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) to streamline complex digital workflows.

• Solid DevOps background implementing automated Salesforce CI/CD deployment pipelines, branching strategies, and version-controlled workflows.

• Strong integration skills covering REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise data modeling, and performance optimization at scale.

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for seamless collaboration with distributed, global teams.
