Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Testing

• Build and deploy features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Leverage CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps for version control and deployment.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Debug and resolve development and post-deployment issues.
• Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases.
• Contribute to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work within Agile project teams, participating in stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Document technical components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and ecosystem tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client‑facing roles.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows.
• Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
• Self‑driven and capable of independently owning technical outcomes.
