Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to architect and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will own Lightning Web Components, Apex logic, and Omnistudio workflows, while guiding secure integrations and modern CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll mentor mid-level engineers, implement clean architecture, and collaborate with architects and product owners to translate complex requirements into scalable designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise Salesforce development experience.
• Deep Apex development, async processing, and advanced LWC.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to architect, design, and deliver high-performance, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. In this high-impact position, you will take hands‑on ownership of custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), complex Apex logic, and digital workflows using Salesforce Omnistudio.

Beyond core development, you will drive technical excellence by establishing modern CI/CD deployment pipelines, leading secure third-party integrations, and mentoring team members on clean architecture standards and governor‑limit optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Platform Architecture & Engineering: Architect and write high-performance Apex backend logic (triggers, batch processing, controllers, web services) and build dynamic UI features using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Digital Experience & Process Automation: Design and deploy complex digital flows using Salesforce Omnistudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures).

• DevOps & Release Management: Establish, optimize, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Git branching strategies, SFDX CLI, and release tools like GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset.

• System Integrations: Build and secure REST/SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with external enterprise platforms and services.

• Technical Leadership & Quality Control: Perform rigorous code reviews, enforce design patterns and security standards, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Experience: 5+ years of dedicated, hands‑on experience developing enterprise-scale solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Core Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Apex development, async processing, and advanced LWC development.

• Omnistudio Expertise: Demonstrated hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Omnistudio (Vlocity) tools to streamline end-to‑end user interactions.

• CI/CD & DevOps: Proven track record setting up version-controlled development, automated deployment pipelines, and environment management workflows.

• Integrations & Data Modeling: Solid understanding of enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP), scalable data modeling, and navigating governor limits in high-volume environments.

• Communication: Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have)

• Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Omnistudio Developer, or Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect.

• Industry Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) vertical packages or complex multi‑org environments.

• Automated Testing: Familiarity with test mocking frameworks, automated regression testing tools, and continuous inspection tools (e.g., PMD, SonarQube).
