Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Salesforce professional in the Philippines with platform expertise across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will implement and optimize data models, security, and automation using Apex, LWC, REST and SOAP APIs.

The role requires strong communication, agile delivery experience, and a degree in IT/CS or equivalent. Hybrid work arrangement, competitive salary, and day-one benefits are provided.

Job description

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT)

What will you do?

Salesforce Platform & Cloud Expertise

• Proven experience across all facets of the Salesforce platform, with particular depth in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform architecture
• Experience configuring objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules and permission

Sets Development Skills

• Proficient in Apex programming, including classes, triggers, batch jobs and schedulable classes
• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
• Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front-end customisation
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations
• Familiarity with integration middleware and ETL tools is advantageous

Process & Automation:

• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows, Process Builder and Workflow Rules
• Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce automation

Project & Design Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Skills Required

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (highly desirable)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (desirable)
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (desirable)
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
