Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking a senior Salesforce Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end CRM implementations for global clients. You will lead multiple teams, coordinate with onshore stakeholders, and ensure high-quality project outcomes while aligning with client priorities.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong communication skills, and a track record in professional services with offshore/onshore collaboration. Travel may be required for engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm/consulting/Big 4.
• 14+ years of experience in business operations and delivery with exposure to onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple CRM projects.
• Lead, guide, coach and motivate team members.
• Interact with onshore stakeholders to understand requirements and report status.
• Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self.
• Support practice development initiatives and knowledge management.
