Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience building Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical team delivering Salesforce development and support for clients.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to the development team on Salesforce best practices and issues.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions: custom objects, workflows, validation rules.
