Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will oversee end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects across multiple teams and clients, ensuring quality implementation and performance improvements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, strategic system design, and people development. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in similar roles, strong leadership, and proven experience in professional services or Big 4 environments, with preference for an MBA.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4
MBA preferred

Responsibilities

Manage multiple teams and clients across end-to-end Salesforce CRM development, implementation and QA
Lead, guide and motivate team members to optimum performance and career development
Define systems strategy and develop requirements for custom technology solutions
Interact with onshore stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate status
Analyze business to track and improve metrics and profitability
Support practice development initiatives and knowledge management
Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self
Travel overseas if required
