Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to lead architecture, design, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with BAs and fellow technologists to deliver BAU changes and new features across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud, including Pardot and CPQ.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce configuration, custom object/field definitions, and experience with deployment tools to manage end-to-end implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Knowledge of Pardot, DocuSign and CPQ; experience with AppExchange integrations.
• Custom development of flows; experience delivering across full project lifecycle.
• Experience deploying using Gearset and GitLab or similar tools.
• Proven exposure to agile methodologies in project delivery.
• Experience with Apex and Visualforce, and with configuring objects, fields, page layouts.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture and design.
• Deploy Salesforce changes using GitLab and Gearset.
• Manage technical design, delivery, testing of integrations and custom extensions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce offerings including Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud; Pardot and CPQ.
• Document business requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Validate functional and technical designs.
• Create profiles, permission sets, security rules; design objects and layouts.
