Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance, maintain, and support our Salesforce platform. You will design, develop, test, and provide production support following our standards and guidelines, while iteratively improving processes based on lessons learned.

You will work in a team environment reporting to the HCM Technology Delivery Manager and must make sound decisions under pressure. The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, proficiency in data modeling and integrations, and

Qualifications

3+ years as a Salesforce Developer
Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, metadata and integrations
Experience in Salesforce system development and maintenance (Force.com)
Bachelors degree in computer science preferred
Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certifications preferred
Experience with Salesforce upgrades and integrations

Responsibilities

Work on enhancement, maintenance and product support of Salesforce platform
Design, develop, test and provide production support following organization standards
Iteratively enhance standards/guidelines based on lessons learned
Work in a team environment reporting to HCM Technology Delivery Manager
Make sound decisions under pressure and independently determine methods for new tasks
