RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions for our global clients.

You will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing architecture, guiding technical teams, driving business development, and ensuring high-quality project delivery with strong client satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership in complex Salesforce and nCino deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce consulting, architecture, or delivery experience.
• Proven track record designing complex Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Strong client engagement, workshops, and solution planning skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with code reviews, deployments, and release management.
• Proficient SQL and SOQL querying.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; immediate start preferred.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across diverse business needs.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding challenges and recommending effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee deployment activities, code reviews, and production releases for quality and stability.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to client growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams and junior resources.
• Promote continuous improvement and Salesforce best practices and standards.
• Support integration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce and related platforms such as nCino.
• Ensure focus on client experience, efficiency, and scalable solutions.
• Monitor project delivery, risks, timelines, and overall engagement success.
