First Advantage Philippines Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the Salesforce platform.

You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to enhance processes, automate workflows, maintain data quality, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires 3+ years (Admin) or 5+ years (Senior) of Salesforce experience, strong configuration and automation skills, and familiarity with Sales/Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, reporting, and automation
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Data Loader, Change Sets, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work US Eastern Time (EST/ET) hours
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred)
• Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or DocuSign (preferred)
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce integrations (preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, and permission sets
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation
• Manage user access, security, and governance
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Perform data management, cleansing, and quality monitoring
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Support integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and deployments
• Provide end-user training and ongoing system support
