Job summary

First Advantage Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and support our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive automation, ensure data integrity, and oversee platform governance.

The role covers Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration, user support, reporting, and ongoing governance, with EST/ET hours alignment for North American operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for the Admin role.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for Senior Admin.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Hands-on with Flows, Reports & Dashboards, security models, and deployment tools.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work EST/ET hours with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related apps.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, permissions.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Perform data imports/exports and data quality monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them.
• Support integrations with external systems and third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Participate in testing, releases, and deployment activities.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
