• Experience recruiting sales reps, managers, or contractor/sales roles.
• Strong ability to screen and evaluate sales aptitude.
• Experience conducting structured candidate interviews.
• Experience using Indeed and/or ZipRecruiter for sourcing.
• Strong Google Sheets skills for pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Recruit sales representatives, managers, and other sales professionals at volume.
• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other channels.
• Prioritize candidates with proven sales performance and relevant experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent.
• Recruit for field sales, commission-based, and contractor sales positions.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess sales ability.
