Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret field metrics.
• Willing to cover Cebu territory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with FMCG company stakeholders and distributors, including executives and field agents.
• Manage multiple partners, channels or key accounts.
• Engage with acquiring, telco, or distribution networks when relevant.
• Operate independently with ownership and accountability.
• Drive execution speed and collaborative success.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays as required by partners.
