Vertiv is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Order Management in Mandaluyong to ensure accurate, timely processing of complex orders across multiple customer segments. You will manage changes, RMAs, and BOM configurations while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to uphold delivery commitments.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in order management, strong ERP knowledge (Oracle/SAP), and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in order management or operations support, in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP experience (Oracle, SAP).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and change orders accurately, including major accounts and VIP/GSA customers.
• Handle RMAs, configuration changes, and BOM interpretation to ensure accurate product setup.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Logistics to resolve holds impacting manufacturing, shipping, or invoicing.
• Monitor order progress using internal systems (e.g., Alice, PowerBI) and escalate delays or issues as needed.
• Lead or participate in team huddles, document process changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
