Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality service in all administrative processes and keeps databases updated.
• Manages transactions efficiently with focus on quality and timeliness.
• Delivers required reports in a timely manner and ensures information is accurate.
• Ensures information needed by internal and external customers is provided on time.
• Supports adherence to SLAs for SSA transactions and related reporting.
• Participates in productivity improvement and development.
• Handles adhoc/stretch assignments as needed.
