Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a senior Sales Operations leader for the Philippines to own the sales strategy and commercial excellence. You will drive Route-to-Market, retail category growth, and in-store execution with strong analytics and governance across channels.

You will lead trade spend, forecast alignment, and performance management while building a high-performing, cross-functional team. Onsite with one remote day weekly after 3 months, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of field sales experience in Modern & General Trade.
• Proven strategic commercial leadership and cross-functional impact.
• Strong customer-facing experience translating insights into strategy.
• Experience leading RTM, Category Management & commercial excellence across channels.
• Expertise in distribution strategy, channel design and sales effectiveness.
• Demonstrated people leadership and building high-performing teams.
• Experience designing sales capability programs and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define RTM strategies, channel coverage models and execution plans.
• Govern channel KPIs, Perfect Store standards and execution frameworks.
• Drive category growth and in-store excellence through insights and merchandising.
• Develop category management and in-store execution capabilities.
• Oversee commercial analytics, sales tech and data-driven insights.
• Lead sales forecasting, S&OP alignment, and inventory governance.
• Manage trade spend strategy, investments and distributor claims.
• Own sales performance management, budgeting and targets.
