Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines seeks a senior commercial leader to oversee Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence across all categories and channels. You will shape Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy, drive channel effectiveness, and lead analytics to improve forecast accuracy and working capital.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in field sales, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of field sales experience in Modern & General Trade.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformation.
• Experience translating customer/market insights into commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Philippines RTM strategies and channel plans.
• Develop and govern KPIs, Perfect Store standards, and execution frameworks.
• Drive category growth and in-store excellence through shopper insights.
• Lead category management and in-store execution capabilities.
• Oversee commercial analytics, sales tech, and data-driven insights.
• Lead sales forecasting, S&OP alignment, and inventory governance.
• Manage trade spend strategy and distributor claims to maximize returns.
• Own sales performance management and incentive governance.
