Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations (Category & Trade) in the Philippines (Makati) to lead the Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence agenda across all categories and channels. The role oversees RTM strategy, channel effectiveness, trade spend governance, and data-driven insights to drive profitable growth.

The position requires 10+ years of field sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated deep experience in field sales and commercial leadership.
• Ability to translate market insights into strategy across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Route-to-Market strategies and channel execution.
• Develop and govern KPIs, Perfect Store standards, and sales frameworks.
• Oversee trade spend, inventory governance, and financial oversight.
• Drive analytics, sales technology, and data-driven decision making.
