You will lead commercial analytics, forecast accuracy, and trade spend governance, while developing high-performing teams and aligning demand and supply with strategic objectives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of solid field sales experience in Modern & General Trade.
• Ability to operate as a strategic commercial leader and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define Route-to-Market strategies and channel plans.
• Develop channel KPIs, Perfect Store standards, and execution frameworks.
