Job summary

Worldhire is seeking a Senior Sales Leader for the Philippines market to drive enterprise sales in Banking Tech. You will own strategic accounts, shape go-to-market plans, and close multi-million revenue opportunities with banks, insurers, and fintechs.

You will engage with C-level banking executives, build partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, solution architecture, and partnerships to accelerate growth.

What we're looking for:

• Senior Sales Leadership: Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, and strategic account growth within Banking / Financial Services space
• Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the Philippines banking & financial services ecosystem, with established relationships across banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
• Solution Selling: Experience selling Banking Technology, Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking, Lending, or related enterprise technology solutions.
• Business Growth: Ability to drive new logos, build strategic partnerships, manage complex sales cycles, and own significant revenue targets.
• Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-level banking executives and lead strategic sales initiatives across the market.
