Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a highly experienced senior sales professional to drive growth for Biometric Access Control in India. You will own revenue, build enterprise and government portfolios, and lead a partner ecosystem across system integrators, distributors, and global AC partners.

You will engage with CIO/CSO/CISO and Security Directors, manage multi-stakeholder deals, forecast pipelines, and align product roadmaps with customer needs. Travel across India is expected.

Qualifications

• 15 years of sales experience in Biometrics, Access Control, Identity Management, or Physical Security.
• Strong relationships with enterprise customers and government departments.
• Proven ability to close large complex deals and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead India sales for Biometric Access Control solutions; own revenue and market expansion.
• Drive new business in enterprise, government, infrastructure, BFSI, IT/ITES, and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with CXO-level decision makers (CIO/CSO/CISO/Security Directors).
• Grow and enable partner ecosystem including system integrators, distributors, and global AC partners.
• Lead consultative/solution selling, RFP responses, PoCs, and large project closures.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and structured QBRs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to meet customer requirements.
• Provide competitive insights and influence product roadmap.
