Job summary

Trusting Social seeks a Sales Manager for India to drive revenue growth across eKYC, OCR, fraud and credit insights. You will identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships and lead the full sales cycle from qualification to deal closure.

You will report directly to the CEO, India, and develop the reseller channel while ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial industry, retail banking, consumer finance or lending tech.
• Ability to understand complex tech and convey messaging to diverse prospects.
• Strong knowledge of current market products, credit risk and operational improvement.
• Goal oriented with drive to lead revenue growth.
• Proven track record in selling, negotiating and closing technical solutions.
• Self-directed with highly organised working style.
• Experience with enterprise, B2B sales and travel across India.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships to increase revenue.
• Own full sales process: qualification, discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Serve as lead point of contact for clients and manage expectations.
• Develop reseller and partner channels to extend market reach.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned to client needs.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and sales updates with accuracy.
• Conduct market intelligence research and benchmarking.
