Job summary

Calvary Carpentry Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Singapore. You will own both commercial tender sales and residential sales, manage client relationships, and drive end-to-end deals from first contact to handover. Regular site visits and showroom duties support a robust sales cycle.

You will build technical timber knowledge, engage with contractors and homeowners, and maintain a disciplined CRM to ensure steady pipeline and reliable revenue.

Qualifications

• ID , archi trained or preferably from built environment industry
• 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
• Comfortable operating across the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing
• Able to shift register naturally between B2B stakeholders (contractors, developers) and individual homeowners
• Willingness to build genuine technical knowledge of timber products and installation considerations
• Own transport, given regular site visits and client meetings across Singapore
• Available to work one Saturday a month for showroom coverage at CThub2
• Comfortable keeping disciplined CRM/pipeline records

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, and other commercial clients
• Prepare and submit tender responses and technical proposals
• Represent Calvary at trade shows, client meetings, and site visits where commercial opportunities are being developed
• Handle inbound enquiries from homeowners — via the showroom, website, and referrals
• Cover indoor sales at our CThub2 showroom, including walk-in enquiries and consultations
• Conduct site visits and consultations to scope residential projects accurately
• Prepare quotes and close deals directly with homeowners, from first contact to signed agreement
• Maintain relationships with existing clients (both commercial and residential) to drive repeat business and referrals
• Follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction and catch any issues early
• Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM
• Prepare accurate quotes reflecting current pricing and material availability
• Coordinate handover to the installation team so nothing gets lost between "deal signed" and "job done"
• Report on pipeline status, win rates, and forecasted revenue
