Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience with a record of closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead demo calls and turn prospects into paying clients.
• Charismatic, confident, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong outbound outreach and lead qualification skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone presence.
• At ease with CRM systems and automated follow-up sequences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to carry a full pipeline without dropping leads.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work under your own direction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a manager and wider team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out client outreach to turn up and qualify new sales opportunities
• Set and arrange sales demo calls with prospective clients
• Lead demo calls, present the product, and close deals
• Run the end-to-end sales process, seeing that every stage gets completed and documented
• Follow up on all leads consistently, working alongside existing automated email and follow-up sequences
• Track pipeline activity and see that no lead goes unattended or falls through the cracks
• Shadow and co-lead demo calls through the ramp-up period to build full product knowledge before closing on your own
• Hold accurate records of prospect interactions, objections, and outcomes
• Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and closing performance
