Job summary

Teamified, a PropTech SaaS platform serving real estate brands across Australia and New Zealand, seeks a Senior Account Manager. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise and franchise clients, guiding growth across existing, new, and add-on opportunities with a growth-first mindset.

You’ll leverage HubSpot for pipeline management, integrate AI productivity tools, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success for SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech.
• Proven success growing enterprise accounts and upsell revenue.
• Deep experience with HubSpot CRM for pipeline, automation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise and franchise clients.
• Drive commercial outcomes across three streams: Existing Business, New Business, Add-On Business.
• Lead client strategy sessions, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews with a growth-first lens.
• Deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure clients achieve measurable success.
• Report consistently on account health, usage, pipeline, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Act as a mentor within the team, setting best practices for account growth and client management.
